FAQs

We answer the most frequently asked questions in this section.

Sizing

The sizing recommendations published on our website are based on our expertise as well as data from thousands of customers. However, they may not work for all users, so if you would like personalized advice, you can always contact us so that we can determine which size is the most suited to you after examining your individual case.

We understand that it is important to find the perfect size, which is why we offer the option to return any product as long as it has not been used and has all of its original packaging intact. See our General Conditions of Purchase for more information.

General Conditions of Purchase

Orders

We ship to the following European countries: Austria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Ireland, Italy, The Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden and the United Kingdom. In America, we ship to the United States.

At Orca, we work hard to meet all estimated delivery times, with the goal of providing the best possible experience to all our customers, delivering by or before the stated deadline. In some cases, we may not be able to meet these delivery dates, so we reserve a grace period to allow us to deal with possible contingencies. For any information about your order, you can always contact our customer service team.

For logistical reasons, we ship orders in full. We do not send partial shipments.

Before the item has shipped, you can cancel one or more items included in your order. Check the Cancel box for each item you wish to cancel and then confirm by selecting Cancel Selected Items. Once the cancellation process is complete, your refund will be issued within 4 to 7 days, by the same method in which your original payment was made.

Please note that any changes made to your account once your order has been placed will not take effect immediately and therefore will not affect your order.

Returns

You can return any product for a refund within 14 days of receiving your order. You can log in to your account and review any of your orders in the “Orders” section, where you will be able to return one or more of the items included in your purchase order. Check the items you wish to return and confirm by selecting Confirm Return. You will receive a return request confirmation email, which includes the order number that you will need to label the outside of your return's shipping box with in a visible place so that we can identify it. Once we receive the product and confirm its condition, we will refund the price of the returned items within 4 to 7 days.

Currently, items purchased from orca.com must be returned by the procedure specified on the website.

Although we do not offer exchanges, you can request a return and subsequently place a new order.

Your money will automatically be returned by your original payment method.

Any product can be returned as long as it has not been used and all of its original packaging is intact. See our General Conditions of Purchase for more information.

Payments

These platforms guarantee the privacy of your information and the protection of your information during the process of transmitting your user data, ensuring secure transactions. Payments can be made through PayPal (see www.paypal.com), Credit Card or Sofort (only available for online sales in the European Union.)

Your credit or debit card's security code (or CVV2 code) is a security measure that is required for every transaction. Because your card's CVV2 code is written on the card but not stored anywhere else, the only way to know the correct code is to be in possession of the card. How to find your card's CVV code: On the back of your card, where the signature stripe is located, you will see a series of digits. The last three make up the CVV2 code. On American Express cards, this number has four digits and is located on the front of the card, at the top right. If you have difficulty reading the CVV2 code on your card, please contact the card company.

If you have a promotional code, you need to enter it on the Review Cart page before starting the purchase process. Please check the terms and conditions of your code because if it does not work, it may be because the code is not applicable to any of the items in your cart. If you have any questions, contact us.

Technical considerations

Proper care and storage of wetsuits is very important for keeping them in the best condition. On our blog, you can find some very useful information on extending the life of your wetsuit.

See tutorial

Just contact us and our technicians will evaluate the damage and give you recommendations on the best method for repairing your wetsuit.

Hydrobooties have a thermal inner lining for more insulation. They are 3.5 mm thick and their pattern fits to your toes to prevent the booties from moving. Swim Socks have a simpler construction and a thickness of 2.5 mm. Contact us for more specific information.

We know how important it is to put on your wetsuit correctly for an optimal fit and to avoid damaging the fabric, so we recommend checking out our tutorial to learn how to put on a wetsuit.

We know how important this information is and you can contact us for precise information about the different thicknesses of our wetsuits and their uses and characteristics.

Although the minimum temperature for the use of a wetsuit depends on personal comfort, the maximum temperature for the use of a wetsuit in races is 24ºC.

All the items in our clothing range are designed to be worn under a wetsuit while swimming and to dry quickly while cycling or running. For races in which the use of a wetsuit is prohibited, a swimskin can be used over a trisuit depending on the distance in which you are competing.
