At Orca, we work hard to meet all estimated delivery times, with the goal of providing the best possible experience to all our customers, delivering by or before the stated deadline. In some cases, we may not be able to meet these delivery dates, so we reserve a grace period to allow us to deal with possible contingencies. For logistical reasons, we ship orders in full. We do not send partial shipments.
